Encantei-me de primeira, talvez
porque tenha percebido que ali eu teria meu cantinho. Eu adoro novidades, mas
como canceriana sou conquistada quando me sinto confortável. Eu sou boba ao
ponto de ficar decepcionada quando chego tarde e algum grupo está sentado no meu sofá, nada que abale a
noite. Porque sou chatinha, mas sou cuca-fresca ao mesmo tempo. Nenhuma
chateação perdura com um som tão bacana rolando. E muito menos com um atendimento
que, mais que profissional, é carinhoso, atencioso e personalizado. Rendo-me. E
sempre aproveito. Já assisti a vários shows, meus preferidos foram das bandas Godismen, Foursome e Sideways. E
todo mundo canta junto, bebe junto e nunca vi uma confusãozinha, o que por si
só, no Rio, já vale a noite.
Se paga uma entrada, salvo engano
de R$20,00. No cardápio variedade de drinks e cervejas, o que não me adianta
muito porque sempre peço o - indefectível
e especialmente preparado – black russian...mmmm...delícia.
Mas já provei Caipivodka, (destaque
para a tradicional e aquela deliciosa de uva, esqueci o nome...), Apple Martini, Cosmopolitan, doses de uísque; tudo com personalidade. De petisco quase sempre
rola um chicken fingers com batata
rústica e molho que nunca decepciona. Da última vez pedimos sobremesa e tudo:
uma torta mousse com sorvete que estava de arrepiar, pedimos outra. Mas você pode
se entregar a Guinness, pedir um
balde e seguir noite a fora.
Tem gente de todas as idades e é
bem democrático, só precisa gostar do bom e velho rock.
Já comemorei meu aniversário lá e
foi ótimo. Não fazem reserva e o lugar não é muito grande, mas se você chegar
em horário razoável vai acomodar seu grupo em uma mesa. Se não, fique pelo bar.
Mas haja o que houver não sente no meu sofá!
O
clima dado pela decoração também foi bem pensado e traz
quadros e fotos que, de forma muito divertida, fazem referência à Irlanda. Eu e
minhas amigas somos apaixonadas não apenas pelo sofá, mas pelos abajures que
deixam o ambiente ainda mais aconchegante. É simples e de bom gosto. Detesto
lugares pretensiosos e intimidadores ou descuidados. Ali, a receita do
equilíbrio deu certo. Não precisa ser gênio para perceber que nada é à toa por
lá. Como sempre digo não sou fã do óbvio ululante.
Lapa Irish Pub é daqueles lugares que sinto falta, detesto
ficar semanas sem ir, por mim bato ponto. Adoro levar pessoas queridas, que não
conheciam o lugar, para uma noite gostosa, sempre me agradecem. E lá todo dia é
dia de rock, baby.
A
única parte chata é quando saio daquele clima e no meio da rua da ladeira o
funk começa a gritar comigo, fico tão atordoada que sempre penso que bebi além
da conta, mas não é isso, fico incomodada mesmo.
Na direção zona sul não falta taxi, não vá de carro. Na direção zona norte, fica mais complicado por conta do movimento na Mem de Sá, então se for esse seu destino, vá em direção zona sul, mas pelo centro. Tem estação de metrô na Cinelândia, bem perto, mas lembre-se do horário de funcionamento. No mais, vá sem hora para sair e leve os amigos.
E
trate bem do meu lugar preferido, porque ele, com certeza, vai te tratar bem.

The best Pub
My favorite place for the last (3) years is the Lapa Irish Pub.
It enchanted me since the first time, perhaps because had realized
that there I would have always a place for me. I adore new stuff, but as
crab/cancer sign person it wins my heart when/where I feel comfortable. I am
silly to the point to be disappointed when I arrive late and some group is
seated in my sofa, nothing that shakes the night. Because I am a sweet pain in
the a**, but I am cool enough at the same time. No upsetting lasts with such a
cool music/sound rolling. Much less with an attendance that, beyond professional,
is affectionate, considering and personalized. I surrender. And always enjoy.
Already I attended several shows, my favs had been the bands: Godismen,
Foursome and Sideways. And everybody sings along, drink together and ive never
seen any trouble making, which by itself, in Rio, makes it worthy.
You pay an entrance, of 20 Reais (around 11 USD). In the menu a variety
of drinks and beers, which doesn’t mean a lot because always I ask for -
indefectible and especially prepared - Black Russian… mmmm… delight. But
already I had Caipivodka, (the traditional one and that delicious one of grape,
I forgot the name…), Apple Martini, Cosmopolitan, doses of whiskey; everything
with personality. For snacks almost always chicken fingers with rustic potato
and gravy; that never disappoints. Last time we asked for dessert: a Choco
mousse with ice cream that gave goosebumps, we asked for another one. But you
can have Guinness or others, ask for a bucket and keep on.
There´s people of all the ages, only need to like good
and old rock. Already I celebrated my b-day there and was excellent. They do
not make reservations and the place is not big, but if you arrive in reasonable
schedule, will be able to accommodate ur group. If not, stay in the bar. But come
what may do not seat on my sofa!
The atmosphere created by the decoration was also well designed and
brings pictures and photos that, very amusing, brings reference of Ireland
lands and well known natives. My friends and I not only love the sofa, but also
the desk lamps that make the environment even more cozy. Simple and of good
taste. I personally dislike pretentious and intimidating or negligent/messy
places. There, balance worked perfectly. It does not need to be genius
to notice that nothing is out of the blue there. As I always say I am not fan
of the extremely obvious.
Lapa Irish Pub is of those places that I miss alot, hate not going there
for weeks. I adore bringing beloved ones, who did not know the place, for a lovely
night, they are always thankful. And there, every day is rock day, baby.
The only annoying part is when I leave that atmosphere and in the way of
the street the funk music starts to cry out with me, I feel so dizzy that I
always think that I drank too much, but is not this, I am really bothered.

o comment em seu blog não foi meu, mas de qualquer forma, agradeço a visita e lamento que sua experiência por lá não tenha sido boa. Também já frequentei pubs em outras bandas do mundo e no LIP sempre tive excelentes momentos.
